“First, let me say I hope you like reading because this post will be informative and lengthy. Second, I don’t think 5 stars is enough, Natasha gets 5 hands holding 50 stars each!
There aren’t enough words to describe the journey. No decision was rushed at all. My husband and I was able to go at our pace to do what was best for us (changing our preferences several times, backing out on offers, etc). I never felt like she only wanted the commission check as many agents may rush to get you to purchase any house. NOT NATASHA. she’s was very honest, provided accurate information from all parties, answered and asked questions, allowed me to take my time in deciding, and was ALWAYS available and if she wasn’t she had back up or let me know well in advance she wasn’t going to be on certain days.
The communication was 100% as if she was the one purchasing a home. I’m sure we all know as customers in general for anything, communication is top priority so she definitely put herself in the customers shoes and gave that top service.Immediately returned calls, emails, and texts. The service and communication was better than what I get from my relatives. The biggest thing in home purchasing as a buyer is being rushed, lack of information, and no response from agents/brokers in a timely manner, and the buyer backs out or makes a bad decision on the home (you won’t have this prob with Natasha).
It took me 5 months to fully decide my route but Natasha was always patient and continued checking on me until I was ready. When I was ready it was like no time was wasted. I closed on my house and very very happy. Not just happy about the house but happy in the great smiling and humble agent I’ve connected with in this house buying process.
