If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough or like symptoms, please refrain from viewing or allowing your home to be viewed.
SELLING
There are still buyers physically viewing homes. To reduce exposure to coronavirus throughout the traditional home selling process here are additional measures we will take to minimize this risk and put buyers’ minds at ease.
I will:
- Provide hand sanitizer, gloves and shoe covers in the house.
- Communicate with the buyer’s agent to ensure all parties aren’t displaying any signs of being sick.
What you should do:
- Leave the house during showings.
- Thoroughly cleaning surfaces before and after showings.
- Leaving cabinets and closet doors open, and lights turned on eliminating the need for buyers to touch them.
- Avoiding showings if anyone living in the home is sick.
BUYING – HOME SEARCH
We will:
- Refrain from contact.
- Maintain safe distances.
- Utilize antibacterial and sanitizing processes.
